I invite you to watch this inspiring interview with Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba. His perception of life and work is very interesting, full of meaning and simply summed up. We can discuss it, but personally I think it’s good advice for young people.
Don’t be afraid to fall, to make mistakes, to fail when you’re young – you’ll only get stronger!
As Jack Ma explains.

“If you’re 25, don’t worry, every mistake is profitable.
1) Before 20, be a good student.
2) Between 20 and 30, follow someone. Go to a small company. A big company is a good place to learn the processes, because you’re part of the big machine. When you go to a small company, you learn passion, you learn to dream. You learn to do a lot of things at the same time.
Before the age of 30, it’s not what company you go to that counts, it’s what boss you follow. That’s really important.
3) Between the ages of 30 and 40, you need to be thinking clearly, working for yourself. If you really want to be an entrepreneur.
4) Between 40 and 50, concentrate on all the things you do well. Don’t try to do other things, it’s too late. You might succeed at something else, but the risk of failure is too great. Think about “how can I concentrate on the things I’m good at?
5) When you’re between 50 and 60, work for the young, because the young can be better than you. Believe in them, invest in them and make sure they become good.
6) When you’re over 60, spend time for yourself. Go to the beach, lie in the sun… it’s too late to change!
My advice for young people,
At 25, make enough mistakes. Don’t worry. You fall, you get up, you fall, you get up…..”
